What sports will be offered at the 2008 Planet3Games Winter Nationals?

The 2008 Planet3Games Winter Nationals will consist of Flag Football, Baseball, Basketball and Softball.

How much does it cost to participate in the 2008 Planet3Games Winter Nationals?

The Registration fee for all organizations is $200 per team through December 1, 2008. After that date, the late registration fee is $250 per team.  If your team would be interested in a sponsorship to cover registration fees, please forward your team information and request to sponsorships@planet3games.com.

How many games are we guaranteed to play?

Each team is guaranteed a 3 game minimum at the 2008 Planet3Games Winter Nationals.

How do I register my team?

Simply click on the "Registration" button on the tournament page for the 2008 Planet3Games Winter Nationals at www.Planet3Games.com and follow the steps to register online, or download our Official Entry Form and return it to the address provided. Full payment must be received and all required paperwork must be signed and received to complete your registration process. Entry forms are accepted online at Planet3Games.com or via mail and submitted to:

What is the deadline date for registration?

The deadline registration date for the 2008 Planet3Games Winter Nationals is December 1, 2008. After that date, teams can still apply, however the possibility of being shut out increases due to age groups filling up quickly.

What happens after I register my team?

You will receive a confirmation letter via email detailing your next steps. If you do not receive a confirmation letter within 24 hours of your registration, please email registration@planet3games.com for further assistance.

Can I make team changes after I have registered?

Yes, you can make changes to your roster at any time before the registration deadline date of the event. Simply bring your updated roster with all changes to check-in at the event.

Who needs to check-in at the event?

One member from each team and/or coach must attend the pre-event check-in to pick up the teams schedule, rules and sponsor giveaways.

What items are needed at check-in?

Items needed at check-in include the Official Team Roster along with Medical Release Forms and Proof of Age verification for all team members.

What are acceptable forms of Proof of Age?

Any one of the following items are acceptable - Player pass, passport, copy of birth certificate or drivers license.

Can I call the pre-event location to see when my game is?

We do not allow teams to call in to check-in for game status. All tournament updates will be available 24 hours a day at our official tournament site at: www.planet3games.com.

What other activities will be available at the tournament?

Major sponsors and area businesses will host "Sponsor Central," where Games attendees can meet and greet their corporate sponsors while participating in a variety of other fun activities.
